Connect OpenClaw to a kernel-owned tool server.

Before you start

Node.js 22+, npm and Git. Running the native integration also needs Docker, OpenClaw and a compatible kernel.

  1. Build the native integration

    Terminal · a new directory
    git clone https://github.com/backbay-labs/chio-open-claw-plugin.git
cd chio-open-claw-plugin/native
npm ci --ignore-scripts --no-audit --no-fund
npm run build

  2. Check the native package

    Terminal · chio-open-claw-plugin/native
    npm test
    Expected checkpoint

    The native package tests complete successfully.

    This builds and tests the integration package. Provision the isolated host and kernel before running an OpenClaw agent.
