Chio. The Housemaster
Ask him how it works.
Patient with the question. Particular about the answer. Chio follows a thought to its sources and shows you what holds it up.
What survives when
a worker stops?
A curated answer. Select a claim to follow its source.
“Let’s keep the source
beside the answer.”
“I do not guess.”@chio
A little particular. For a reason.
The source stays attached.
An explanation should leave you with somewhere to look. Chio keeps the supporting passage beside the claim, so you can follow his reasoning.
A limit is an answer, too.
When the documentation cannot settle a question, he says so. The edge of what is known deserves to stay visible.

What you can do here
Explore a curated source example here, or open the documentation companion to ask your own question.
The role
- Explain documented behavior
- Find and cite supporting pages
- Identify what the sources leave unresolved
A line worth keeping
A source must support its claim. A recorded decision alone does not prove an external action happened or its output is correct.
Beyond the example
Connected agents need explicit grants, an agreed resource budget, and retained results. The character’s role describes intended behavior; this page grants no authority over your systems.
Autonomy with authoritySome questions need a few more eyes.
Chio answers ordinary documentation questions directly. The Egg examples show how an explicit bounded assignment can return material for a larger undertaking.
